Dequi Kioni-Sadiki and Zayid Muhammad joins us tonight. The Malcolm X Commemoration Committee works to educate, agitate and organize to free all political prisoners & prisoners of war being held by the U.S Government which fails to acknowlege that it is holding political prisoners and prisoners of war.

We will discuss the legacy of Malcolm X and his influence on our freedom fighters.

Zayid Muhammad is a NY Panther Cub, the founding press officer for the Malcolm X Commemoration Committee and the National Minister of Culture for the New Black Panther Party.

Dequi Kioni-Sadiki is married to POW Sekou Odinga and is active in the struggles against police violence, criminal justice, and women's reproductive rights. 
She is a former member of the Black Panther Collective, the NYC Free Mumia Abu-Jamal Coalition, and now serves as co-chair of the Malcolm X Commemoration Committee. 
She currently works with the NYC Jericho Movement in the campaign to free united states political prisoners and prisoners of war. Dequi is an artist, poet, public speaker, educator for liberation and WBAI radio producer.
